We thank you and appreciate your purchase of a service or product from our website www.bizolot.com (“Bizolot”). Please read this policy and the Bizolot terms and conditions carefully, as they explain your rights and obligations for any purchase or service we provide.
We make every effort to deliver the service or product to you as per the specifications and timelines described for each purchase. If we are unable to provide the service or product you purchased, you may be entitled to a refund, subject to the following conditions:
Conditions for Refund
Service or product deficiency: A refund will only be considered if there is a clear, visible deficiency in the service or product provided by Bizolot.
Change of mind: If a customer requests a refund due to a change of mind after purchasing a service, it will not be considered where there is no fault or defect attributable to Bizolot.
Post-work delivery: Refund requests will not be entertained once the work has been shared with you. We may allow the amount paid to be applied to an alternative Bizolot service of equivalent value.
30-day limit: Refund requests made more than 30 days after completion and notification of a service or product will not be processed.
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, you will be notified by email. Refunds take a minimum of 15 business days to process before the amount is credited to your bank account.
